There are over 500 children waiting in Delaware foster care to return to their birth families or be connected to loving forever families.
A Better Chance for Our Children connects children waiting in foster care with loving, permanent families. We believe that through education and support, families can develop the skills necessary to provide a stable, nurturing environment for these children, many of whom have experienced significant trauma. We prioritize training and lifelong support for families so that waiting children have a better chance of overcoming the challenges they have experienced.
